The Shareholders of Nexans Kabelmetal Nigeria Plc. in an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 26th November, 2014 approved the change of the name of the company to KABELMETAL NIGERIA PLC, a NEXANS affiliated Company.
This change resulted from the recent movement in the shareholding structure and has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission SEC and the Corporate Affairs Commission. The change of Name became effective on 18th June 2015.
There has been no change in management and we will be providing the same products and excellent services on which we have built our reputation in the industry.
